Tap into a growing library of classes ranging in length and focus. You can choose between full length classes to a quick ‘get up and get going’ practice, an asana tutorial, pranayama and breathwork, meditation techniques, guided relaxations and yoga nidra, kriya and chakra focused practices and more…
Join us each month for a live online asana class and a pranayama and mediation session.
The 2 live sessions include a focused tantric hatha yoga class and a pranayama, kriya and mediation class. Both these sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the library shortly afterwards.
The practices are based on the teachings and methods of tantric hatha yoga and they include:
Physical work to unlock tension through asanas and fluid movement in the physical body.
Breathwork, yogic breathing techniques and pranayama to work with the astral body.
Kriya, mudra and mantra to support meditation and the causal body.
All the monthly sessions will be recorded and added to the library which will be available to watch throughout the entire month on demand.
The dates and links for the live sessions are listed on the event page where you can find the passcode as well.
By joining Thrive, you get to take part in:
A monthly live class (75 minutes)
A monthly pranayama, kriya and meditation session (30-45 minutes)
On-demand access to previous Thrive recordings
A quarterly, seasonal dharma talk followed by Q&A
"Just a quick message to say thank you so so much for your dharma talk which I’ve caught up with watching today. I absolutely loved listening to your talk and can’t wait for the next one. I really felt I needed to hear it today. Big thank you again." Lucy, West Wales
"So, Svadhyaya! A commitment and dedication to self learning/self study.
To me Svadhyaya is an acknowledgment and realisation that Yoga is a continual self learning/self study journey. Along with practicing asana and whilst being in nature, meditating and learning from you, my teacher, which helps me understand and make sense of my own Dharma.
Not a question but I thank you so very much for all your hard work Meni, for helping me to keep on with my studies and keeping me on track.
I really appreciate it. I look forward to watching/listening to you (live) over zoom very soon." Jo, South Wales

These sessions are dynamic and more physically challenging. They include stronger asanas and quick transitions. They are designed to build up strength and stamina as well as improve mental focus and body-breath-mind integration.
These session are a milder version of the dynamic vinyasa flows.
they combine movement, asana, and breath awareness but the pace is slower and the transitions are less challenging.
These sessions are design to allow you time for deeper exploration. They combine movement and stillness and are floor based. Each session provides an opportunity to slow down the body and the breath. By spending more time in an asana while lengthening the breath you will be able to recognise your tensions and their source and you will be able to gradually undo tensions and discomforts in the body as well as the nervous system and the mind.
These sessions combine pranayama practices as well as guided meditation. They can be done on their own or after an asana session.
Choose from short "how to do" asana tutorials, quick stretch and mobilise, short get up and get going and powerful breath reset.
